chatgpt 客户端无法使用

路由器用的 openclash ，已经将 chatgpt 设置了美国节点，打开 win chatgpt 客户端无法使用，检测显示 ip 是我本地动态公网的 ip,网页端 https://chatgpt.com 正常访问
可是 openclash 同样的配置，我放在 clashverge 就能正常使用 chatgpt 客户端
